Desmond Cheang was extremely informative and helpful during the 6 weeks prior to our arrival in Penang. We had pretty much decided on the property we wanted prior to our arrival, but Desmond still showed us a quite few other options, many of which would have earned him less commision as the selling agent. He just wanted us to make the right decision and at no time did he push us toward any particular property. We appreciate his honesty, sincerity, and helpfulness the whole time we were there. He arranged meetings with developers, bank managers, lawyers, even an interior decorator. His service exceeded what we expected, and without a doubt, we would consider him the best real estate agent we ever dealt with. We would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to purchase a property in Penang.
