I am writing to put on record the excellent services I received from your company in relation to the purchasing of an apartment in Tajung Bungah this year.
Having discussed my requirements with your agent Desmond Cheang prior to my visit, it was refreshing to be shown apartments that fitted my specification exactly. So often is the case in the UK that perspective property buyers are shown a range of properties which are not suitable for their requirements and waste, as a consequence, a lot of valuable time.
The service we received from Desmond was tremendous, not only did he find for us the property of our dreams, but assisted in organising a lawyer and bank manager who, like Desmond, were informative and efficient.
I would certainly recommend your services to overseas clients and can only say from my experience that the buying of a property was an enjoyable and trouble free experience. If the rest of your staff are as competent and customer focused as Desmond, I have no doubt that the overseas market will be as appreciative as I have been.
