You will play an important role in:

• You will help clients purchase, rent or sell properties. Advise clients about market conditions, conduct walk-throughs viewings, and provide guidance and assistance throughout the process of buying, selling and leasing properties.

• Arranging property viewing and conduct negotiation with clients, marketing and closing sales.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A strong understanding of customer and marketing skills. Excellent negotiation and sales presentation abilities.

• Preferably sales executive with experience in marketing & sales or equivalent.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizen and have own car and be willing to work in Penang Island.

For those who have excellent skills in marketing, problem solving, good at closing deals and prepared to work hard in a challenging environment can expect to earn up to RM100,000 in commission per year.
